LOS ANGELES, California (AP) -- Paris Hilton is accused of spewing "vicious lies" about an altercation with a romantic rival at a London nightclub, and harassing a business promoter in two lawsuits set for court this month.

The first suit pits the hotel heiress-actress against diamond heiress-actress Zeta Graff, who is seeking at least $10 million in damages for Hilton's comments in a July New York Post story.

Paris Hilton is reportedly expecting a second sex video scandal, reports the News of the World.

Apparently a laptop that was allegedly taken in a recent break-in at her Hollywood home contained pictures and clips of her and ex Nick Carter, the former Backstreet Boy, the newspaper reports.

It has also been reported that police investigating the crime are now working on the theory that a duplicate key was used to gain entry and that damage to a wire screen was carried out to make police conclude it was the result of a break in.
